Managed and leased 10 medical office buildings at three different hospital campuses for Columbia/HCA. Regularly communicated with the hospital CEOs, CFOs and physicians, and successfully negotiated the full execution of 70 leases.

Canizaro Interest, Property Manager. ACHIEVEMENTS
- Negotiated a large utility reimbursement for the owner of a New Orleans office building.
- Was actively involved in the opening and full lease-up of the Metairie Galleria mixed-use complex.
- Managed the Touro Medical Office Building for seven straight years through 1998 and was given a generous bonus by the owners upon departure for Cushman & Wakefield job. Upon employment with SRSA Commercial Real Estate, Inc. again began management of Touro Medical Building.
